Retention summary
- Unpaid free and anonymous scans: kept 90 days.
- Paid snapshots: kept for the life of the account.
- Removed findings: kept up to 12 months.
- Verified closed accounts: erased within 30 days after billing cancellation and superuser approval, subject to legal holds and fresh review if records change.
- Operational records: kept 90 days.
- Contacts: kept 12 months after resolution.
- Minimal privacy audit record: kept 3 years.
- Financial references and legal exceptions are reviewed by a LeakTrace superuser; there is no fixed financial deletion period.
Removing a monitored address keeps its findings up to 12 months unless a verified erasure request covers them. Third-party deletion notices are separate from account erasure.
